What we check on fitness equipment
Checks are agreed per order and made against the approved sample. As an international reference, ISO 20957-10 sets the safety requirements for exercise bikes with a fixed wheel; in Brazil, some equipment types need registration or approval, so each product is reviewed before production.
- Tube size, welds and paint against the approved sample.
- Flywheel turning smoothly and the resistance knob across its range.
- Adjustment pins, bolts and pads fitting on the first assembly.
- Weight marked on plates matching the scale.
Packed for heavy shipments
A spinning bike ships in a heavy box that changes hands several times on its way. Molded foam holds the flywheel and the frame in place so nothing shifts when the box is turned or dropped.
